If you feel it would be appropriate for you, I can support you to transmute war trauma you are holding in your own body, from your own lifetimes or the lifetimes of your ancestors.

You may or may not come to know the stories wrapped up in them.

In general, I trust I will know something when it is really necessary to know it. Usually this happens only when I’ve expanded my awareness beyond the tendency to judge it.
Otherwise (when receiving a session myself), I will relax my mind, surrender explicitly to Source-within, and “sense” what’s going on. That way, I will just feel the inner tensions leaving and enjoy the expansion within my body. For me, this is a productive way to NOT let my mind interfere and limit the transmutation that is possible at any moment.
